Career Background

I was researching mammalian circadian clocks in my doctoral program at graduate school. After that, for a brief period of one year, I worked as a DM/statistical analyst at a CRO, compiling and statistically analyzing clinical trial data.

Why I Joined Turing

It started when a friend who was a founding member invited me to visit the office. They let me experience driving a car using a game controller on a test course. The shock of being able to move a car with a program and finding it genuinely exciting was why I decided to join. At the time, there were only five employees total and we were just driving around a test course, so looking back, it was quite a bold decision.

For Those Considering Turing

Autonomous driving development requires multi-layered knowledge and broad technical understanding. It is a field where change is routine — technologies previously considered essential can suddenly become unnecessary, while new technologies can be rapidly required.

To move development forward in this environment, it is essential to go beyond your own specialty, flexibly and proactively catch up on necessary technologies, and actively incorporate them. We want to work with people who can enjoy even these harsh conditions while pioneering the future of autonomous driving together.
